Wedding Coordination Packages
Partial Day-Of Coordination – $900
Everyone needs an extra set of hands on their big day! Periwinkle Memories is here to ensure a smooth, stress-free wedding by managing vendors, greeting guests, and keeping everything on track. This package is for couples who need help getting everything lined up but don’t require full-day coverage. Partial coordination includes up to 5 hours of service.
Here’s what’s included:
✔ Vendor referrals and planning guidance prior to the wedding, as needed
✔ Meeting with the couple to discuss all wedding details about 2 months prior
✔ Creation of an in-depth wedding day timeline
✔ Organizing and directing the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding
✔ Acting as the wedding day point person for vendors, bridal party, and guests
✔ Reviewing the reception space upon arrival to ensure everything is in place
✔ Assisting the bridal party with pinning boutonnieres, corsages, and personal florals
✔ Fully managing the wedding day logistics, including the ceremony, grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, toasts, and more

Full Day-Of Coordination – $1,500
Let Periwinkle Memories handle your entire wedding day so you can truly enjoy it! From ensuring vendors arrive on time to keeping the timeline on track, we take care of everything so you can focus on celebrating. This package includes up to 10 hours of service.
Here’s what’s included:
✔ Everything in the Partial Day-Of Coordination package, PLUS:
✔ Checking in with every vendor upon arrival and overseeing setup logistics
✔ Adjusting personal decor items to ensure your vision comes to life
✔ Ensuring the couple has everything they need—holding bouquets, bustling dresses, fanning when it’s hot
✔ Communicating with vendors throughout the day to ensure everything runs smoothly
✔ Providing complete wedding day management, from setup to the final send-off
✔ Ensuring a calm, stress-free experience for the couple, bridal party, and family

⭐ Extra Coordination Hours: $150 per hour
⭐ Travel Fee: $0.50 per mile (for locations outside a 30-mile radius)
